Satish Waman Wagh is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been a director on our Board since incorporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from R.D National College and W.A. Science College, University of Bombay, Mumbai and an honorary Ph.D. in entrepreneurship from Faculty of Management Studies, National American University. He has more than 35 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. He is also chairman of CETP (Lote Parshuram Environment Protection Co-operative Society Limited).
