The Company aims to undertake initiatives that create sustainable growth of the environment and empowers the under privileged sections of society. Over the years we have strived to serve the communities through various initiatives which have been in line with our vision towards CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). The Company has established ‘Satish Wagh Foundation’ to focus on overall development of the infrastructure and services for the betterment of the society. The Company is continuing CSR initiatives directly, through own “Satish Wagh Foundation” and also through other registered implementing agencies for better reach in the Society. The implementing agency generally operational in areas of Education, Sports, Health sanitation, helping the cause of Physically challenged, multiply disabled. In line with the vision, Company has been actively implementing and monitoring the activities aimed to improve the quality of life of under privileged through Education, Health Care, Rural Development, Sports Activities etc., from the past many years to till date.

We spent more than Rs. 11.50 Cr. in the last 3 year for the betterment and growth of society.

We have contributed towards building of schools, exhibitions, sports activities, so that future generations have opportunities for both professional and personal growth. The Company is frequently helping Educational Institute by providing Computers, Laptops, printers etc. to move forward in the way of Digitization. The Company has also supported Schools in developing Infrastructure for better growth of students. Company has also helped students for their higher educations.

We have supported the community in tackling challenges faced during the global pandemic (Covid-19) and natural calamities. We have also provisioned for medical facilities and equipment, essential medicines and food to several hospitals, government officials and needy people in and around the district.

We with the association of Collector Office, Ratnagiri supported renovation and maintenance of Zila Parishad Schools at Ratnagiri and the total cost of project was Rs. 1 Cr.

We are always supporting and participating in Wildlife Protection, conservation and development activities. We have adopted 3 animals of Rs. 9.10 Lakhs and donated 2 Mahindra Bollero Neo of Rs. 21 Lakhs to Sanjay Gandhi National Park for the Animal Welfare. Currently, we are in the process of installing Information display Borad of Rs. 38 Lakhs at main Entrance gate of National Park for spreading awareness about wildlife, rules etc. towards visitor and also donating Vehicle of Rs. 34 Lakhs or safari for the safety of visitor which will be used for tiger and lion safari. We installed solar panels at police fuel station of approx Rs. 13 Lakhs for environment protection.

We have donated Rs. 50 Lakhs to TATA Memorial Hospital and also helped B.K.L. Walawalkar Hospital at Dervan, Ratnagiri in completion of CSR proposal of Operation Table & Operation Theatre Lights to support Economically backward people of Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg and Raigad districts.

We are in process of Upgradation of Infrastructure and procurement of equipment for TB lab project consist of MGIT automated liquid TB culture system at Wadia hospitals. The total cost of project is approx. Rs. 1 cr. Starting facility at Wadia hospital lab will offer comprehensive TB diagnostics services all under one roof so that patients hassle and other issues are taken cared and they don’t have to run around to get their reports.

We helped Vanrai Police Station, Goregaon by donating Laptops, Printers, Projector, Desktop, Megaphone, Speakers, Wheel Chairs and other items of Rs. 16 lakhs to provide better services to the society. We are also in a process to provide laptops, printers, Desktops, chairs, projectors etc. of total budget of Rs. 12 Lakhs for the deployment and better services to the society.

We have also donated Refrigerated Centrifuge machine for blood component separation of Rs. 13.45 Lakhs at Meenatai Thackeray Blood Bank.

In this COVID 2019 pandemic, we have worked to support India in the ongoing battle against the COVID-19 pandemic. The Company has taken various initiative for the safety and health of peoples of Maharashtra. The Company has distributed sanitizers and Masks to MIDC, Khed including Collector office & Police department of Khed, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra and various grampanchayat of Municipal Corporation Township, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The Company has also donated multivitamin capsule to Police personnel’s of Ratnagiri District. The Company has also distributed food grains to the people who are in quarantine area due to Covid 19.

The Company has helped to establish 2 Covid care center at Lote, Ratnagiri by providing ICU beds with Ventilators and centralize Oxygen facility, Bipape, Oximeter and others essentials and needy equipment’s and funds for the maintenance of the center for the better help to the near Community.

The Company also done relief work during natural calamities like flood by providing drinking water, bedsheets, chaddar, foods etc. to the effected villages and needy peoples.

We are closely working with neighboring industries, district authorities, and government agencies to help meet the requirements during emergencies and disaster management for rural development.
